Past due invoices result in suspension of services
Effective 4/6/23, EverTrue began suspending services for accounts that had invoices 90 days overdue.
What does that mean for you? If invoices are 90 days or more past due, we will no longer be able to provide services for any of the EverTrue products, including Pledgemine.
What should you do if you need support? Reach out to your Customer Success Manager, or Customer Operations Partner.
