Now, you can see it live in your Pledgemine portal instead.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Log in and go to the Timelines page to see every active project, grouped by the month and year its approval date falls in. Each timeline shows the project name, solution code, piece count, and mail class.</p> <p style="text-align:left"><img alt="" class="fb-img" src="https://s3-us-west-2.amazonaws.com/media.forumbee.com/i/4a54f072-8a78-4c32-9fbd-f9f13ba3693c/h/547.png" style="" width="1245"></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Every timeline also carries a status tag, so you can see where things stand at a glance:</p> <ul> <li><p><strong>Not Started:</strong> Design work hasn't begun yet.</p></li> <li><p><strong>On Track:</strong> 6 or more business days remain before the approval date.</p></li> <li><p><strong>At Risk</strong> — 5 or fewer business days remain before the approval date</p></li> <li><p><strong>Off Track:</strong> The approval date has passed.</p></li> <li><p><strong>In Production: </strong>Approved and now being produced.</p></li> <li><p><strong>Completed:</strong> Mailed and done.</p></li> <li><p><strong>Cancelled: </strong>The project was cancelled and won't be mailed.</p></li> <li><p><strong>Expired:</strong> Planned for projects that go a long time without activity — the exact criteria are still being finalized, so we'll share details once they're confirmed.</p></li> </ul> <p>Hovering over any date on the page shows more detail, and your existing projects are already loaded, so there's nothing you need to do to start using it.</p> <h3>Key Benefits</h3> <p>This update gives you the same visibility your Project Coordinator has always had, right in your own portal:</p> <ul> <li><p><strong>Real-Time Visibility:</strong> Check where a project stands anytime, without waiting on an email reply.</p></li> <li><p><strong>Fewer Status Check-Ins:</strong> See it yourself instead of pinging your Project Coordinator for an update.</p></li> <li><p><strong>Know When to Act:</strong> A clear status tag flags at a glance whether a project is on track, at risk, or needs your attention.</p></li> <li><p><strong>Organized by Approval Date: </strong>Projects are grouped by the month their approval date falls in, so it's easy to see what's coming up.</p></li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>A quick note on Off Track and Expired: production time doesn't shrink to make up for lost time, so if a project goes off track, your Project Coordinator will reach out to work out a new approval date with you. If a timeline expires, just reach out to your Project Coordinator to pick it back up. <p>This month, we have one product update to share for Pledgemine.</p> <h2>Flexible Postage Class, Now for On-Demand</h2> <h3>What's New?</h3> <p>Back in May, we introduced the ability to change postage type on a per-order basis for one-time mailings, removing the need to create a duplicate project just to switch mail class. Effective August 13, we're <strong>extending that same flexibility to on-demand mailings</strong>.</p> <p>When uploading a data file for an on-demand order, you'll now see a <strong>Postage Type dropdown</strong> showing the postage classes available for that project. By default, it will show the postage type set during your project's initial setup, so if you don't need to change anything, there's nothing new to do. You no longer need separate versions of a project just to change postage, saving on project units.</li> <li><strong>Faster Turnaround: </strong>Upload, select your postage type, and go (no waiting on a new project to be built and approved).</li> <li><strong>Reduced Risk: </strong>One project, one design, all postage types. There's no more guessing which project version corresponds to which mail class.</li> <li><strong>Operational Flexibility</strong>: Adjust your postage type order by order, right at the moment you upload your data.</li> </ul> <p><strong>A quick note on the dropdown: </strong>it will only display postage types that are valid for your specific project and mailer format (for example, postcards and letters have different available rates), and Nonprofit rates require a valid USPS Nonprofit authorization on file. If you needed a specific order to go out via a different mail class (for example, switching from First Class to Nonprofit), it required the creation and approval of an entirely new project.</p> <p>Effective May 8, we are introducing the ability to change the postage type on a per-order basis for all one-time mailings. This change happens at the time of the order and requires zero design intervention.</p> <h3>Key Benefits</h3> <p>This update is designed to simplify your experience and maximize your budget:</p> <ul> <li><p>Cost Efficiency: Eliminate the need for secondary projects. We’re requiring that ID so we can give you a 360-degree view of what actually drives your constituents to act.
