Yes! You can send your project digitally, via email, through Pledgemine! 

Here are some things you need to know:

DKIM/SPF Settings

It was announced in October of 2023 that emailbox providers are set to refresh sender authentication standards in February 2024. At EverTrue, we take data security seriously and we’re here to help our customers through these updates.
This Google blog post does a nice job at distilling what this means for email senders. Here’s what we think you need to know:

• These new standards are currently being adopted by Google and Yahoo, however it is incredibly likely that all other industry partners will be jumping on board in the new year.
• Spoiler alert, these aren’t actually new standards! These standards have been around for a while, Google and Yahoo are committing to cracking down on them in 2024.
• Authenticating the sender setup is a one time setup/update.
• If you do not take action, your emails will likely be flagged as spam, rejected, or not delivered at all, which could damage your sender reputation. ← This is not good, we want to avoid this.
• Below are the 3 new requirements:
  • Authenticate the sender setup
  • Make unsubscribing easy, one click
  • Stay below the new spam rate threshold

We'd be happy to create the DNS records that your IT department will need to apply in your system. Once completed, we will test this connection and ensure everything is working properly. After that, you'll be all set to send emails through Pledgemine by EverTrue.

Data Notes

We are able to send up to 20,000 emails in a single upload. If your list is larger than that, please reach out to your Customer Operations Partner to coordinate the sending of your email.

In addition, You will need to ensure that your data file has a valid email address for each record in your file. Please run your final list through this email checker before sending it our way to ensure only valid email addresses make it to Pledgemine.

The send rate for our emails is approximately 900 emails every 5 minutes.

  • Email Addresses
  • Unsubscribe Links

  • Sender info

Don't forget to send us the sender information you'd like us to use (both name and email address) and a subject line! Please also provide an unsubscribe link or email address we can include for people who would like to unsubscribe.
