Our design team can follow Scanline guidelines to our best ability, but on some reply portions, we may need part of that space for our own production codes. Customers should request physical samples of each project, to be sent to the scanline vendor, to ensure that they can scan correctly. This is the only way to ensure that it is set up correctly. This should be done before approval, but at the customer's request. Samples will not be charged for printing, but will be charged for shipping costs.
