For one-time projects, your Customer Operations Partner will send you the date your project will leave our facility (“drop date”). This is the last possible date your mailing will be ready. If you'd like to opt in to the auto-email when a project leaves our facility, follow the steps below!

Review and setup your notifications

Navigate to the dashboard, at the upper right corner click the little person icon then settings. 

Scroll down to "Account Options," here you can choose which of the primary and secondary contacts should receive automated emails when any of your orders leave Pledgemine.

To set project specific recipients, navigate to "Projects" on the side panel.

Hover over the project you'd like to select and click "Project Settings."

Here you can enter any additional email addresses that should receive notifications about this project.

NOTE: Pledgemine’s production process operates on a “latest drop date” policy. If a job is completed earlier than scheduled, it will drop early. Please make sure to inform your Customer Operations Partner if timing is specific and the pieces should not drop early.
