What happens when I submit a project request?
The Pledgemine team will begin the setup process! In order to ensure the best quality for your mailings, we will always generate a PDF of exactly what will print when your project is approved for you to review and either request changes or let us know it's good to go into production.
What happens during the setup? Great question!
We have many internal teams that work together to set your project up to your specifications. First, your dedicated Customer Ops Partner will review your request and ask any questions we might have. From there our implementation team will add the project to your Pledgemine Dashboard and set up any variable text, data or images you've requested. When finished, they will pass the project off to our team of designers. The design team takes any information you've given us (i.e. design level, references and planning docs) along with the work the implementation team has done and turns it into a beautiful design! They ensure all specifications match the selected solution type and add our internal codes to all design files. When completed, they pass the finished PDFs off to the implementation team and your Customer Ops Partner for review. If everything looks good, we then pass it off to our Quality Assurance and Prepress teams for one final check before sending it back to you! This process can take up to 48 hours depending on overall workload and the complexity of your project.
