STEP 1: Sign up for a Lytho Account

Pledgemine uses a program called Lytho (formerly InMotion) so that our customers can efficiently submit project requests and edits. In order to get started, you will need to sign up for an account here

When you have completed signup, you'll have immediate access to our project request forms.

STEP 2: Send startup materials

  1. Graphic Guidelines or Brand Standards
    Design guidelines should include the specifications for your brand colors and any other requirements your organization has for marketing materials.

  2. Logos
    Should be high-quality and scalable (.eps or .ai format preferred)

  3. Reply Envelope Artwork*
    Only one reply envelope artwork file is needed. Our graphics team will resize it as necessary.

These materials can be transmitted through any of the following methods:

  1. Filebox - On your Pledgemine Dashboard, you can upload images, data, and text using our Filebox. A link to the Filebox is located on the left menu on your Dashboard. Your Customer Operations Partner receives a notification when files are uploaded here.

  2. Dropbox (or file sharing service) - If you'd like to have a shared Dropbox folder created so that you can drop in your content, submit a request to your Customer Operations Partner. If you choose this method, please inform your Customer Operations Partner when materials have been uploaded.

  3. Email - You can email attachments to your Customer Operations Partner, though email limits the size and number of files that can be sent at one time.
