Master Profile
This is the default profile in your dashboard that serves to replace the representative in any design when no representative is identified in your data import file.
Is it required to setup the Master Profile?
It's not, but we strongly recommend it
Can I setup the Master Profile later?
You sure can! A Master Profile can be setup at any time. If you want to include a Master Profile in a design (or forget to include a representative in your data import file), it does need to be completed prior to production.
What should I use for a photo?
We suggest a generic group or landmark image.
What should I enter for content?
Intro Headline - replaces “About your representative…” section in the design
Intro Text - replaces bio section in the design
Featured Profile(s)
Featured Profiles can be setup for use in your designs. It is your responsibility to setup and maintain these profiles.
Is it required to setup a Featured Profile?
No, it's not!
Can I setup a Featured Profile later?
You sure can! A Featured Profile can be setup at any time. If you want to include a Featured Profile in a design, it does need to be completed prior to production.
Is there a limit to the number of Featured Profiles I can setup?
Nope! You are welcome to an unlimited number of Featured Profiles
Here's how to get your Featured Profile setup:
- From your dashboard, navigate to Profile Manager.
- Select which profile template you'd like to use. Note: some of the fields can be re-labeled, ask your Customer Operations Partner for info!
- Fill in all the boxes with your text. Note: All profiles must have a unique “ID” populated, which is used as an identifier. ID's are alphanumeric and must be identical with those in your data import file’s profile indicator.
- Next you will be prompted to upload a photo. Click SAVE, and that's it! You're all set!

There are two options for photos:
Cropping, which is best for photos taken with the background as a featured element.
Masking (which is also known as removing the background). This is the ideal option for photos taken in front of solid blank background.
All photos will be cropped unless you inform your Customer Operations Partner otherwise.
All photos are cropped to 1425 x 1950 px
Profile photo editing turnaround time is 24-48 hours.
Other tips and fun facts about profiles:
Your Customer Operations Partner can establish “required” profile fields so that any profiles missing required information are set as pending
We can also input field character limits in order to help you determine if profile info will fit into the space allotted.
You have the option of writing a personalized note that can be incorporated into your design. Ask your Customer Operations Partner for the details.
Featured Profiles used on multiple designs use the same source photo and profile information.
Profile Status
Active
Active profiles can be used.
Archive
Archive indicates that the profile still exists but is unusable until set to active.
Pending
Pending profiles are either being processed, missing required information, need a photo submitted, or had its photo rejected for quality. Note that pending profiles are treated as Archived until any issues are resolved.
