As of July 1st, 2025, we introduced our Seed List Integration - a more efficient way to ensure you still receive copies of your mailings.

With this update, each name and address in your designated seed list will receive a copy* of every segment in your project as part of the standard mailing process. This means you'll receive your copies at the same time as your recipients.

*You can choose to receive more than one copy per segment.

Want to add this process to your account? Use this template to create your list of seeds that will receive copies of all of your one-time mailings with Pledgemine. Once it's ready, send it to your Project Coordinator and they'll be happy to take it from there!

If you already include seeds in your lists before sending them to Pledgemine, no action is needed. We'll continue processing your mailings as usual.
