Generally, smaller adjustments such as font size changes or logo placement are easily accommodated within a Catalog solution. There is often flexibility to adjust reply cards and add elements, like QR codes, to improve accessibility. However, adding additional images or altering the overall structure or layout of the piece would typically require an upgrade to Custom.

If you’re ever unsure, you are always welcome to submit the request as a Catalog or Reuse project. During setup, our team will communicate right away if it needs to be priced as Custom before moving forward.
